Tooling we deliver
- Blanking, piercing, bending, forming and drawing dies; progressive tools for high-volume stampings.
- Plastic injection moulds — single and multi-cavity, hot / cold runner.
- Jigs, fixtures, gauges and inspection fixtures for production lines.
- Die repair, refurbishment and spares (punches, dies, inserts).
Capabilities
- Tool steels D2, D3, H13, P20, HCHCr, OHNS; hardened and ground.
- Wire-cut EDM, jig grinding and surface grinding for ±0.005 mm die clearances.
- Tool try-out on partner presses and moulding machines with sample parts before dispatch.
